CHEMICAL BEHAVIOUR

More than satisfactory with

- Water and salt solutions up to 100°C

- Hydrogen peroxide with various oxidising substances

- Plant and animal oils

- Alcohols and glycols

- Food substances

- Ozone and atmospheric agents

Satisfactory with:

- Various synthetic and dielectric oils

Unsatisfactory with:

- Strong acids and mineral bases

- Steam above 120°C

- Aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents

- Ketones

PECULIARITY

Exceptional resistance to fire. Maintains flexibility at very low temperatures. Absolute lack of toxicity in contact with physiological liquids and food substances.
